As a counselor and spiritual teacher, my goal is to know you as a whole person. I believe that our scars and traumas are as important to acknowledge as our strengths and joys. I offer a safe and respectful space to explore your life and all its dimension— personal, relational, and spiritual. Drawing from my decades of medical practice, as well as my continuing study of psychotherapy and contemplative traditions, I help you reconnect with your inmate capacity for healing.

My 45 years of practice as a family physician has given me insight and experience helping my patients work through many difficult life situations to discover solutions and find more peace and joy in their lives. I hope we can work together to help you understand yourself better and to transform your suffering into living a deeper more meaningful life. Along with listening and sharing, I hope to integrate meditation and hypnosis as well as an exploration of your family history into our sessions. When appropriate, I am able to prescribe and manage most medicines such as antidepressants, ADHD medications, and meds for helping with addiction or withdrawals.
